We know you’re busy, because we know first-hand what it takes to keep a manufacturing operation running — staying on top of production, sales, customers, equipment, employees, compliance, there aren’t enough hours in the day. Not to mention that those of us who run smaller to mid-size companies can’t afford in-house lobbyists or legal teams to help us keep tabs on the rapidly changing regulatory landscape – even though we know the resulting red tape can have drastic impacts on our bottom line.
That’s why we created the Manufacturing Alliance of Colorado (MAC) — to make sure someone has your back at the State Capitol and in the halls of Congress. Our mission is to educate elected leaders, the public and stakeholders regarding the vital role of manufacturing to Colorado's economy and to advocate for policies that foster a thriving manufacturing sector, supporting both economic growth and community well-being.
What makes the Manufacturing Alliance of Colorado unique, is our distinct membership and governance structure. Our Board of Governors is comprised equally of company management, labor organizations and community / civic organizations. Our diverse board and membership composition means we don’t weigh in on every issue, but when we do it matters.
Join the Manufacturing Alliance today, benefits include:
Legislative Representation
What happens at the capitol can have a huge impact on manufacturing. But many small to mid size manufacturing companies simply don't have the resources for a full time government affairs team. MAC has a team of professional lobbyists who provide bill tracking, and advocacy for our members.
Policy Analysis
It a quickly shifting regulatory landscape it can be difficult at times to know how, or even if, a new piece of legislation or proposed regulation will impact your operations. Let M.A.C and our team of policy experts help.
Networking
M.A.C. is home to large companies and small, civic organizations and labor organizations. This provides a wonderful opportunity to meet key contacts and leaders from across the community and develop relationships that can make a difference for your organization or your own career growth.
